Morris Technologies is capable of performing airflow tests on a wide variety of parts and geometries. We are also industry leaders in flow testing and flow optimization of Direct Metal Laser Sintered (DMLS) parts. Our testing equipment is calibrated yearly against traceable NIST flow standards, insuring the accuracy and validity of testing data.

Utilizing the capabilities of the Flow Systems Mini Air Flow Test System, we offer a wide range of flow measures (e.g. effective area, corrected mass flow, flow function), and can test airflow from 0.1 to 0.0001 lbm/s to an accuracy of 1% with a repeatability of 0.25%. This system has a total of 8 sonic nozzles, with 6 installed in the machine at a given time, allowing for a large range of testable flows.
